Website automation: a site that works after the click.

Most websites end at "message sent". Ours keep going: the lead lands in a CRM, you get notified instantly, the follow-up email goes out, the booking hits your calendar. That is the difference between a site and a system.

We come from building an actual CRM platform — Karkium — so connecting websites to real operations is home ground. Forms that never lose a lead, notifications that reach the right person, sequences that follow up while you work.

Automation is built to serve the business, not to show off: we map how you handle an inquiry today, remove the manual steps that lose time or leads, and wire the rest with proven tools — webhooks, APIs, n8n flows, email and WhatsApp — with AI only where it genuinely adds value.

Automation we build

  • Forms → CRM with zero lost leads
  • Instant lead notifications (email / Telegram / WhatsApp)
  • Automated email follow-up and sequences
  • Booking and reservation flows
  • Webhooks, APIs and n8n integrations
  • AI assistance where it earns its place

The first week a lead pipeline stops leaking

The most common automation win has nothing exotic in it: a form that stores every inquiry before anything else can fail, an instant notification to the right person, an automatic first reply so the lead knows a human is coming, and source tracking so you know which channel produced it. Businesses lose leads in the copy-paste gap between "the website received it" and "someone acted on it" — closing that gap is usually days of work, and it pays back immediately.

What we typically wire together

Automation earns its keep when it removes a manual step someone actually performs today. The usual suspects:

  • Website forms → CRM records with campaign attribution attached
  • Instant lead alerts by email or Telegram to the person who follows up
  • Auto-replies and short follow-up sequences that buy you response time
  • Booking flows that land in your calendar with reminders both ways
  • Webhooks and API connections between the tools you already pay for
  • n8n flows for multi-step logic without a monthly per-task ransom
  • AI steps only where they demonstrably help — drafting, routing, summarizing

Why a web studio that builds a CRM

Karkium CRM — our own product, live in the portfolio — manages leads, pipelines, appointments and field work for real businesses. Building it forced us to solve the unglamorous parts of automation: deduplication, retries when a webhook fails, idempotency so nothing fires twice, audit trails so you can trust what the system did. When we wire your website into your operations, those lessons come included. We even published how we wire our own forms — see the guide linked below.

Built by CRM builders

Karkium, our own SaaS CRM, is in our portfolio — leads, pipelines, appointments, messaging. When we wire your website into a workflow, we're wiring it into territory we build software for.

What can be automated first?

Usually lead handling: capture, notification, and first follow-up. It's the fastest win — leads stop falling through cracks the first week.

Do I need a CRM?

Not necessarily on day one — even "form → organized inbox → instant alert" beats scattered emails. When you're ready for a CRM, your site will already speak that language.

Can you connect my existing tools?

If it has an API, an email inbox or a webhook, very likely yes. Tell us your stack in the project form.

Is automation safe — what if it does something wrong?

Everything we automate is logged, reversible where possible, and scoped: an automation gets exactly the permissions its job needs. Critical actions (like anything customer-facing) can require a human approval step. Silent failure is the real risk in automation, so ours are built to complain loudly instead.

We already use spreadsheets and email — is that a problem?

Not at all; that is the normal starting point. The first automations usually wrap what you already do — capturing form leads reliably, alerting the right person — rather than forcing new software on the team from day one.
