Custom web development, beyond the brochure site.

Plenty of shops can assemble a five-page site. The question is what happens when your business needs search, accounts, listings, dashboards or integrations. We build those too — and we can prove it.

Our portfolio includes a live marketplace with categories and geographic browsing, a full CRM SaaS platform, and ecommerce stores — real systems in production, not concept art. That experience shapes even our simplest builds: clean URLs, fast rendering, secure forms, maintainable code.

We choose technology for the job, not for fashion: static-fast marketing sites where speed wins, robust application stacks where features win. Either way you get a site that loads quickly, survives traffic, and can grow.

What development covers

  • Corporate sites, landing pages and catalogs
  • Ecommerce, marketplaces and directories
  • SaaS frontends, dashboards and private portals
  • Forms, booking and reservation systems
  • API and third-party integrations
  • Performance: Core Web Vitals as an engineering target

When a site becomes a system

There is a moment when "a website" stops being the right description: you need visitor accounts, listings that users create, search over hundreds of items, a dashboard, or an integration with the software that runs your business. That is application territory, and it is where a lot of agencies quietly tap out — templates don't cover it.

It is also where we started. Before Karkium Web existed as a studio, we built Karkium CRM — a live multi-tenant SaaS platform with pipelines, scheduling, work orders and a REST API — and TripeoVzla, a marketplace with eight categories and state-by-state geography. Both are in the portfolio and both are running right now. That is the experience your project inherits, whether it needs five pages or five thousand records.

How we choose technology

We pick the stack per project, and we will always tell you why in plain language. Marketing sites ship as pre-rendered static pages — the fastest and most secure architecture that exists, with nothing to hack and nothing to patch monthly. Stores go on proven ecommerce platforms when the catalog and operations fit them, or custom storefronts when they don't. Applications get a real backend with a database, authentication and an API.

Two rules never change. First: your content and your data live in formats you can take with you — no proprietary trap. Second: no technology gets chosen because it is fashionable; boring and reliable beats novel and fragile every time a business depends on it.

  • Static-rendered marketing sites: fast, secure, nearly maintenance-free
  • Ecommerce on established platforms or custom storefronts — chosen per case
  • Custom applications: accounts, dashboards, search, listings, APIs
  • Server-side integrations with the tools you already use
  • Staging environments and reversible deploys — launches you can undo

What working with us looks like

You see progress on a private URL from the first week — real pages, not mockup PDFs. Scope is written down before we start, changes are discussed when they appear instead of surprising you on the invoice, and launch includes DNS, SSL, redirects, analytics and a rollback path. After launch you own the code, the content and every account we created for the project.

Systems in production

TripeoVzla is a live marketplace with eight categories and state-by-state browsing. Karkium is a full SaaS CRM. B-MONZ sells physical products online. Different problems, all shipped.

What technology do you use?

The right tool per project: modern static builds for marketing sites (extremely fast, extremely secure), and proven application frameworks for stores, marketplaces and platforms. You get the reasoning with the proposal.

Can you take over an existing website?

Usually yes. We audit what exists, tell you honestly what's worth keeping, and plan changes so nothing user-facing breaks.

Do you handle hosting and domains?

We set up hosting, DNS and SSL as part of launch, on accounts you own. You keep control; we keep it running.

Can you build marketplaces or platforms with user accounts?

Yes — TripeoVzla in our portfolio is a live marketplace with categories, geographic browsing, listings and user accounts, and Karkium CRM is a full multi-tenant SaaS platform. Both are visitable right now.

Will I be locked into you after launch?

No. You own the code and every account. We document how things run, and any competent developer could take over. We would rather earn the next project than hold the last one hostage.
