By using Karkium you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. You must be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a legal guardian. If you use Karkium on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
Your data remains yours: we do not transfer ownership to Karkium. Each workspace is isolated through a strict multi-tenant architecture (BelongsToWorkspace rule) and we enforce technical controls such as RBAC, workspace_id enforcement, and DLP mechanisms to prevent leakage between workspaces.
Karkium acts as Data Processor and you as Data Controller. The data processing terms are governed by our Privacy Policy (/privacy) and by the applicable GDPR/CCPA provisions. If your compliance requires it, you can request a formal standalone DPA by writing to info@karkium.com.
The complete and up-to-date list of sub-processors is published at /privacy. We commit to notifying you at least 30 days in advance before adding a new sub-processor. If your compliance requires blocking a specific sub-processor, contact us to evaluate alternatives.
We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google data for advertising. We do not transfer Google data to third parties except to the listed sub-processors or when required by law. We do not train AI models with your Google data. You can disconnect Google at any time from Settings → Integrations → Disconnect.
By connecting your Google account, you additionally accept Google's Terms of Service. Karkium is not responsible for changes in Google's policies or availability of Google APIs.
