What is the Karkium AI agent?
It's an assistant built into the Karkium CRM that you talk to in natural language — over Telegram chat or from the CRM copilot. It summarises client history, prioritises follow-ups, prepares email drafts and call scripts and suggests the next action. It asks for confirmation before sending commercial messages.
Does the agent send messages on its own?
No. The agent prepares drafts and proposes actions; any email send requires explicit confirmation. Karkium does not send commercial messages on its own: you approve, Karkium sends.
What can I ask the agent on Telegram?
Client summaries, prioritising the day's follow-ups, email drafts and call scripts, lead search and deal stage changes. Examples: "draft an email for millonario", "write me a call script for millonario", "who should I call today?".
Does the agent make mistakes?
The agent is designed to answer with real workspace data and, when it lacks enough context, to say so instead of inventing an answer. Like any AI, it can be wrong — that's why it asks for confirmation before sending commercial messages and shows you the drafts to review before you approve.
Do I need to learn commands to use it?
No. The agent understands natural language in English and Spanish. There is no syntax and no commands to memorise. If your team can use a chat app, they can use the agent.
What data does the agent share with the AI?
Only the workspace context needed to answer the request, which may include contact details from the record being queried (name, email, phone).
